Log Message:
Preparing for the setting reorg - menus now can scroll to show more than 6 
items (displays an up/down arrow when needed if defined in the theme.xml).
Go back to the previous position on previous pages of the menus.
Got rid of all pthread_* stuff in libmyth, only use the Qt classes.
