Update for the new OSD code. This is different than the osd.xml sent to the list by Emil Friis, if you 
like the older version I have that osd.xml file hosted on my website: http://untzuntz.com/mythtv/blueosd/
Enjoy! Be sure to update you MC/lib/libmythtv/ and recompile as there has been a fix for the resizing of 
the channel icon.
