Log Message:
v1.103, 2003-03-10.  More on 0.8.  Got rid of the mythweather "Bahamas"
troubleshooting step since you're now forced to go through setup.  Change to
the CPU % idle tip.  Reversed the save database / delete database steps.
Altered text on MythTV height/width since we now fullscreen by default.
Added some more about sound troubleshooting.
