Log Message:
Jason Rosson's program rankings update.
Fix the highlight disappearing for small numbers of to-be-recorded programs.
Tako Schotanus' patches to allow deleting of no longer existant files, and
allow recording to start before the actual time.
Fix that to only check the pre-roll time when there's a scheduling change,
and only check if a recorder's busy if it really has to.
