Since there is no longer a 'mythgallery' binary (and soon to be the same for 
the other modules), make 'mythfrontend <pluginname>' load and execute a plugin.
In this case 'mythfrontend mythgallery' or 'mythfrontend gallery' will be
pretty much exactly like running the old 'mythgallery' binary.
