Log Message:
Upgraded code used to connect to the weather data server. 
Response has been fast for me and I haven't received an error yet (unless I put in a bad zip code). 

Radar map images are now stored in ~/.mythtv/MythWeather, you can delete the /tmp/weather.jpg.
This directory will save old maps, so if you find yourself taking a world tour with MythWeather...watch out!

If there is an error, I added a bit more information in debug mode.
