Log Message:


* Added ability to clear bookmark by hitting bookmark key a 2nd time.  Also
  re-added code which was accidentilly deleted somewhere along the line           to clear bookmark after it is used.
* Added ability to display status images on playbackbox screen to indicate
  several items:
    - program has been flagged for commercials
    - cutlist exists
    - program can be auto-expired
    - processing (either currently editing or commercial flagging)
    - bookmark exists
  To see samples and how to add this to your theme or to enable it in the
  blue theme, see themes/blue/ui.xml.  Leaving config commented out in blue
  theme for now until we get some better images (hint hint to anyone who's
  good at graphics).
