Log Message:
Image cache to store pre-scaled theme images in.
Convert a few other places that weren't using the global image loading routines
to use them.
Fix seeking in mpeg files that don't have seektables.
Change tv_grab_nz's command line to (hopefully) fix it, mentioned by Gary Te Young.
Don't exit playback early for in-progress files, patch by avalance at beyondmonkey dot com.
