Log Message:
Jitter reduction. This is currently a checkbox in Setup->Playback
so that it can be toggled for comparison. Also, it can be turned
off if it causes any unforeseen problems. This is encapsulated in
NuppelVideoPlayer::ReduceJitter so if someone has a better idea,
simply replace this method.
