v1.098, 2003-02-18.  More on MythMusic.  Added Mandrake 9.1 note for
pre-requisites.  (libqt3-mysql is now a seperate module).  Updated
requisistes for MythMusic.  Added note for MythMusic configure.  Added note
for Mandrake 9.1 lirc install.  Added Erik Arendse's European MythTV website
link.  Added a little to the MythMusic usage instructions.  Added some more
developers.
