Log Message:
Move the bookmark and cutlist into the database.  Update your database with 
cvs.sql, etc.  So, both actions now work remotely, and there's checks so you 
don't edit the same program in two different frontends at the same time.

Fix a few random things that were broken recently, like bookmarks on recently
recorded mpeg4 encodes, and some editing-seeking weirdness (both due libavcodec
changes).

libavcodec update.
