Log Message:
Some small cosmetic fixes. Fix some text spacing in the UI, shorten
the Priorities menu names, clarify some 'no record' text, shrink the
dialog boxes toward the center, move "Create new profile group" to
the bottom of its list so that it isn't the default choice.
