v1.032, 2002-11-22.  Added stuff on modifying xmltv, changed CVS
documentation so that it's not dependant on CVSROOT being set, pointer to
Tarek's DirecTV and external channel changing script, moved text around so
that external tuner / DirecTV are located under "using mythtv".  Added
troubleshooting information about KDE vs. Gnome on RH 8.0
