Log Message:
Wrote a quick dialogbox thingie for the TV's OSD.  This allowed the 
livetv->recording transition to be cleaned up considerably, moving some of the
logic into the frontend class where it should have gone.  It also means that
the dialog/ directory and program can go away in a couple more commits.
