Log Message:
Clean up key bindings; space and enter should be ignored everywhere,
so they have the dialog-scope meaning of accept()ing

MythSpinBox should filter all keypresses except left/right/up/down, to
prevent mischievous people from keying values into the spin box (which
doesn't work correctly)
