I have seen a few attempts to dump the
entire database to a HTML file and move it
to static, with mixed results. Isolating trac
into it's own container is probably the path
forward (so that if it stops responding due
to "interesting" queries, only that application
falls over). But that idea is based only on
a vague understanding of how the current
infrastructure is managed (so take with
three or four grains of salt).

Other than that, I think it is only for the 13658 closed tickets,
the newest of which is 4 years old. It would be nice to keep it,
but if it is a problem, I don't think it would be much of a loss.
(That said, I still want it around in the near term while I am
still figuring out what the FFmpeg changes are supposed to do,
since most of them are 10 to 15 years old or older.)<br>

The fact we are using Trac 1.2.4, which is 5 years old probably
doesn't help.<br>

It appears archive.org has scanned the trac pages, so if we remove
trac the tickets should still be available there using
