<div>I found a small issue while testing creating Power Search
record rules. It was Not related to the new Power Search.
I found that I had a Record rule that had been created to
record all, but had no other information selected, so it was
basically a NO-OP. I tried to delete this via Web app but
could not. I could change it to Do not Record, but could
not save. It was greyed out. I went into Mythfrontend and
could mark it Do not record and could save it. So it's gone
now.</div>

<p>If you have this problem now you should be able to delete it with
the trashcan icon in the recording rules.</p>
