I don't know why the seek table is making things worse sometimes. I will <br>
change the settings to default seek table to disabled<br>

You don't need to set skiplist to the cutlist. I have changed leanfront <br>
to use the cut list in preference to the skip list if there is a cut list.<br>

This is because cut-to-end does not create an end point for the cut. I <br>
had assumed there would always be an end point. I will change it to <br>
handle this.<br>
