If I choose a 24-hour time style using that menu, the problem goes away, <br>
but any of the 12-hour (AM/PM) time style choices trigger the issue.<br>
<br>
On the other hand, time formatting is consistent if I switch to the <br>
MythCenter (4x3) theme.<br>
