Pi OS must not be using NetworkManager.  It may be using<br>
systemd-networkd instead.  Or something else.  In any case, you should<br>
be able to get local-network-pingable.service to work without using<br>
NetworkManager-wait-online.service.  Just ignore anything in the<br>
