Ah.  I think the reason I was confused about your installation is<br>
because you have this in it:<br>

    > Add the mythtv respository with 'sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mythbuntu/31'<br>

...even though Ubuntu 20.04 (don't know about Xubuntu) already comes<br>
with some version of v31 visible even without installing any PPA's.<br>
