channel editor section. In v30 I you set to
view the channels by number and they appeared
like: 40_1, 40_2, 40_3, etc. However, in V31
the numbers are only in order by the major
number sod they are like: 40_5, 40_2, 40_1,
etc.

in the Channel Editor of mythtv-setup. The interesting bit
is that in v30 there was also no sorting on the minor
