hit the nail on the head, though in the UI they were only
listed once, when I looked in the SQL database I found 12
entries, 2 for each. One set was cardid 1-6 and the other
was 7 to 12. 1 and 7 were both 0, etc.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

That is not necessarily a problem, you can have each videodevice
more than once. If you go to "Input Connections" for the device and
select "Interactions between inputs" you can set max recordings to 2
which creates two entries for the card and allows you to preroll one
show while another show is still recording on the same device. It
makes two overlapping recordings from the same device.<br>
<br>
To be safe, perhaps it would be best to delete all the capture cards
and card inputs and set them up again, making sure you only use each
tuner number once. Setting mac recordings to 2 is useful for
prerolls and overtime situations.<br>
