card, all 4 tuners show up for me in Myth (Fedora 27)

Only one issue, lirc does not support this card and I
don't believe it will ever be supported. No big deal
for me, I'm using a $25 FLIRC, as I value my time and
have spent too many hours of my life on lirc.

This is a great card. I just pulled out my HDHR tuners and now
I'm just using the new WinTV-QuadHD PCIe card. All my tv stations
are 100% signal strength except one that 83%. On the HDHR Quatro
it was 52%.

Thanks for the recommendations, y'all.
