When I started the FE again, I looked at the recorded list and I had both programs being recorded, and also both programs with an entry that was in Blue text and 0.0GB. Since both had a time stamp for the official start of the recording I didn’t miss very much if anything.<div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">The backend is Ubuntu Server 18.04.1 mythtv v29.1 update very recently and the FE is Nvidia Shield. mythfrontend v:master(V30-Pre-983-gca71c59e61s).</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">On the backend I’m using mythhdhrrecorder so the HDHR’s are shared properly with the HDHR view on the Shield. Also I’ve disabled the Live Channels app on the Shield just in case it might do something stupid. I setup 5 recordings at the same start time. I have a HDHR Quatro and a Connect, so I can do 6 channels. After the recordings started I use 3 different FE to check the status of the recordings and to watch LiveTV using the program guide to select a channel I was not recording. Once I stopped the FEs from running I use the Shield and my Macbook to run the HD Viewer to view different channels. It used the open HDHR tuner each time and that had no effect on my backend recording. So no failure.</div><div><br class=""></div><div>Next test will be like my first, watching the same channel live that I will be recording at the start time of that program.
