was looking for something visual to look at the database
structure and just apply the odd 'tweak' to my settings.<br>

it depends on your system, but for me (on *buntu) all I did
was 'sudo apt install phpmyadmin' and it worked
out-of-the-box.</div>

<p>During installation it asked about creating some database it
needed. That's where it failed. I did it on Ubuntu 18.04. Maybe I
needed to answer the install questions differently.</p>
