      <p>I did not get this error when I installed. I only had issues
        with raspbian stretch 2018-11-13 loosing the lxpanel sometimes
        on boot.  So I installed raspbian lite latest version then

    <p>Likewise.  I've recently performed a fresh install using the
      recommended release of Rasbian (2017-11-29) as mentioned here:
