<p>New parameters are <b>10.847 V, 23.000, 3/4, DVB-S2, 8PSK.</b></p>
<p>The change being to the FEC parameter of the transponder which
has gone from 2/3 to 3/4.</p>
<p>Myth 29 fixes supports the editing of these parameters on a
DVB-S2 transponder, does not work in earlier versions.</p>
<p>So stop the backend. sudo sytemctl stop mythbackend.service</p>
<p>Run mythtvsetup.</p>
<p>In the channel editor select the satellite as video source.</p>
<p>and then Edit Transports.</p>
<p>use down arrow until you see 10847000 Hz</p>
<p>press right arrow</p>
<p>change FEC from 2/3 to 3/4 (can be infuriating depending on the
theme but keep trying)</p>
<p>pess esc to save changes.</p>
<p>restart the backend</p>
<p>sudo sytemctl start mythbackend.service<br>
