Like you, I could find no channel with a missing channel number - it
was a fresh scan into a clean DB after all, you wouldnt expect the
channel / multiplex tables to be messed up.

it has eliminated the messages completely, note the timeout settings
are in reference to the WinTVQuadHD card and would not necessarily
apply to your hardware :-

may reduce how often you get the messages - these are the setting I use
for Freeview in UK with my QuadHD card :
In mythtv-setup> Capture Cards (make sure mythtv-backend is stopped
first i.e. sudo systemctl stop mythtv-backend)
For each Capture set
Signal timeout (ms) to 7000
Tuning timeout (ms) to 10000
Open DVB card on demand is unticked
Use DVB card for active EIT scan is only ticked on ONE capture card,
unticked on all the others that use the same Video Source.

I have made these changes and its halved the logs, in that its trying to tune only on one card now, but still channel .!
Anyone any other ideas I can try? I don't think its actually causing a problem so maybe its just one of those weirdnesses I'll live with :)
