</span>I find that really odd too. It is possible that it may be due to when<br>
rc.local was run. The change to systemd upsets the order in which<br>
things happen at boot time - some things happen much earlier than<br>
before, as systemd tries to start as much as possible in parallel. I<br>
would hope that there would be something in the logs to tell what went<br>
wrong, but that does not always happen either.<br>
