<div>MythTV cannot tune or open tuners DVB Terrestrial -- figured out this was because MythBackEnd was still running on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS -- Killed the processes via systemd and could then access the tuners - Deleted All Tuners - Rebuilt all tuners (4) -- Scanned for Channels with most frequencies timing out -- Timed Out, No Channels for frequencies with a local transmission; i.e. should find channels</div>

<div>Used a utility to scan for channels via command line successfully but MythTV does not appear to be able to find them.</div>
