<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div><div><div>I am running Mythbuntu 16.04 LTS with the latest 0.29 install from the mythbuntu repos. I added the lossless_cut PPA for the install.<br><br></div>When I attempt to test all of the prerequisites I get this output:<br><br>rparrish@mythtv:~$ lossless_cut -f /mythtv/tv/recorded/1802_20151219013100.mpg --test<br>Acquiring access to MythTV failed, aborting script.<br>Error(MythTV python bindings could not be imported, error(Lossless Cut supports MythTV versions 0.24+fixes and higher.<br>Your version is "pre-0.0.0". You will need to upgrade your MythTV install.))<br><br><br></div>According to search results, the package needed is libmyth-python, and I have that package installed, with a version corresponding to the full MythTV install.<br><br></div>Is there something different in the Python bindings for 0.29 where the Python script needs to be tweaked?<br><br></div>Thank you,<br></div>-Ray<br></div>
