The mythbuntu 64bit torrent is still active, so you can download.<br>

You should also install LTS Enablement Stack (gives a later kernel,
xserver etc) for Desktop 16.04 see

Alternatively if you don't mind a slightly different look and feel
from xfce, install Lubuntu (even slimmer than Xubuntu) add mythbuntu
repo and install mythtv <br>
