Recently my HDHR Prime
died on me; replacing the power brick didn't make any difference
(No power lights at all).
Contacted SiliconDust and they sold me a new unit for $90 USD
including shipping. I've had time today to get it connected and
went to look for the cable card info to provide Charter for
re-activation of my M-Card.

This unit is running firmware Version 20161117

It appears that you no longer get cable card activation info from
the unit itself and have to select the 'Installation instructions'
link that takes you to

http://my.hdhomerun.com/

This site is supposed to run some type of wizard that provides you
with activation information for your provider, but it doesn't for
me. I get:

HDHomeRun PRIME 13261XXX [Redacted]

Version 20161117
No Channels

I've already commented on my SiliconDust ticket, but wanted to
know if anybody else has had to go though activation with this
firmware version?

Just a side note, I'm 100% Linux in my household. Linux Mint KDE
on my desktop

Thanks!
