<p>I have previously done all the deleting and re-adding thing.</p>

<p>Irrespective of how you got to view LiveTV it would not work and some recordings would work and soume would not.</p>

<p>After reading through this and doing some more research I found that the problem may relate directly to my HDHomeRuns. I am using the command:</p>

<p><span>hdhomerun_config <device id> get /tuner1/debug</span></p>
<p><br>
</p>
<p>This give you information on what is happening with your tuners, an example is:</p>

<p style="margin:0 0 1em 0; color:black">Best to start a fresh log file and post whole file from start up to error occurring to give people best chance of picking up what might be wrong. Need backend log more than frontend log as well, it will show better
what is wrong.</p>
<p style="margin:0 0 1em 0; color:black">This last line seems to indicate that it has failed to get a channel (channel ID is 0) and failed to get a starttime (starttime is 0 epoch time).

<p style="margin:0 0 1em 0; color:black">Is your EPG correct? (mythfrontend - manage recordings - schedule recordings - program guide note program guide menu item location is theme dependent).

<p style="margin:0 0 1em 0; color:black">What happens if you enter livetv via the program guide (highlight program - press m - select watch this channel).

<p style="margin:0 0 1em 0; color:black">Do scheduled recordings work? </p>
<p style="margin:0 0 1em 0; color:black">My guess is the problem is in the backend setup. You may find some issues may be pre-emptively cleared by redoing mythtv-setup and deleting all capture cards plus video sources on all hosts and re-adding both from scratch,
just a vague suggestion might save some troubleshooting time or more quickly highlight where / what the issue is.
