Check for any other conf files that might be in play in /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 1em 0; color: black;">Otherwise post the contents of your mythweb.conf and probably my.conf (obscure pw etc) and see if anyone spots something.</p>

netstat -peanut | grep 3306</p>
