I've been trying off and on for several weeks to do a fresh install of 0.28 on Ubuntu 16.04 with a combined fe/be system. I'm using networked tuners, HD Homerun and HD Prime, and I've noticed on both the cable and OTA side that when the system attempts to access a tuner the green light comes on momentarily then goes off. Is the likely culprit the "NetworkManager-wait-online. service" and if so would someone be so kind and to point me in the right direction to solve the problem.
