      Thanks, Greg.  Yes, I set the IP address to the correct one.  Plex
      loads the MythTV recordings channel with selections for title,
      category, and date--so far so good. But when I select any of those
      three, Plex returns "This channel is not responding". 8-(<br>
      <p>a) nmap doesn't see port 6544. If the plugin communicates on
        port 6544, shouldn't that port be open?</p>
      <p>b) The dk.schaumburg-it.plexapp.mythrecordings.log says the
        following. Any ideas?<br>

    <p>I've  never had to do anything, other than change the ip address.
      I have no idea why it won't work for you... Have you done what is
      suggested on github? The author suggests  installing one of the
      other channels and see if that works...</p>
