I'm trying to configure tv_grab_sd_json from the nightly snapshot
for my local transmitter.

I'm in the Bristol area and no matter what Postal Code I enter the
grabber suggests GBR-0001218-DEFAULT however I need
GBR-0001329-DEFAULT. I can't edit the resultant configuration
file directly as the lineup doesn't then match what SD have
recorded against my account. Is there anyway I can set up the
JSON lineup on the SD website, or "encourage" the grabber to use
the one I want?

I have tried using GBR-0001218-DEFAULT for my listings however the
channel list in a test download seems to be a bit sparse. Maybe
50% of the channels available.
