MythTV Forums: <a href="https://forum.mythtv.org" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">https://forum.mythtv.org</a></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Sounds like this wasn't your solution before, but you might want to consider FLIRC (<a href="http://www.flirc.tv">www.flirc.tv</a>), which only needs USB HID.  We wound up using that vs. putzing around directly with LIRC, irrecord, and lircs manual config files.  I know that I could have figured it out eventually, but this particular issue just is not worth that much of my time anymore.</div></div><br></div></div>
