<p dir="ltr">Lately I've been working with a dual boot, learning about upgrading, but today my system didn't shut down. I use ACPI without mythwelcome and times that I want to use the PC without mythtv I just open the FE and go to a different desktop. However after closing the FE and walking away for a few hours the system was still up. Looking around I noticed I had left the other boot partition mounted, after unmounting and closing the FE the system did shut down.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Does it make sense that having the other boot drive mounted would prevent ACPI function?</p>
