That said, in most (fully converted) franchises<br>
reports indicate that Charter has no remaining<br>
clear QAM channels (i.e. all encrypted) so there<br>
really is no (useful) map to provide.  As with all<br>
else, some franchises are likely special and do<br>
things different.<br>
