Early in my HD-PVR experience, the 0 byte recordings from my machine were related to my cable box (TWC).  Either the firewire (channel selection) connection to it was hosed or TWC had done a software update to the box which required re-tweaking the MythTV/cable box/HD-PVR/etc. interplay.  Good luck!<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Further to this point, the solution may be to add (or increase) the sleep at the end of your channel change script.  This gives the STB more time to 'settle' before the HD-PVR tries to record.</div><div><br></div><div>John </div></div></div></div>
