Considering that capture cards will be $60+ when on-sale ($80+ if using cablecard) and new hard drives are typically $80+ for this type of application. Your best bet for a computer would be finding something for free (e.g. Craigslist, freecycle, family, &c.) </div></div><br></div></div>
