When I try to watch a recording on my PC (Chrome browser) the JW Player comes up but the I just see the spinning wheel in the middle of the screen where the video should be playing, and the video never comes. Is that something you've come across before? Do you have any advice on how I can troubleshoot it to find out the problem?</div></div></div></div>

If I set it to transcode I can get some video playback now. The native format of the recordings is MPEG2 from Australian DVB-TV broadcasts.</div></div>

It's hard when certain players/browsers/devices can only play back certain video types. If you are on "desktop" and don't want to transcode set it back to that and when you get to the last screen hit the external link and open it in VLC.</div><div><br></div><div>Jon</div></div></div></div>
