<div dir="ltr"><div>I'm bringing this thread back from the dead. I recently tried to turn on "automatically lookup metadata" option on all my recording profiles but I noticed that they are still erring out with: Failed with exit status 128. Does anyone know how to fix this or even debug it? I tried removing the config.xml again and it didn't fix the issue. I've looked at my mythpreviewgen logs and I don't see the orphan problem. Any ideas?</div><div><br></div><div>Here are some example errors from my mythbackend log:</div><div>2014-10-25 22:12:39.095310 E [19439/19729] Metadata_5081 jobqueue.cpp:2220 (DoMetadataLookupThread) - JobQueue: Metadata Lookup Errored: "Rick Steves' Europe":"Paris Side-Trips" recorded from channel 1041 at 2014-10-26T00:29:00Z (Failed with exit status 128)<br>2014-10-25 22:12:43.441654 I [19439/19749] Metadata_5082 jobqueue.cpp:2156 (DoMetadataLookupThread) - JobQueue: Metadata Lookup Starting for Elementary:"Poison Pen" recorded from channel 1512 at 2014-10-26T01:00:00Z<br>2014-10-25 22:12:44.104893 E [19439/19749] Metadata_5082 jobqueue.cpp:2220 (DoMetadataLookupThread) - JobQueue: Metadata Lookup Errored: Elementary:"Poison Pen" recorded from channel 1512 at 2014-10-26T01:00:00Z (Failed with exit status 128)<br>2014-10-25 22:12:48.452452 I [19439/19765] Metadata_5084 jobqueue.cpp:2156 (DoMetadataLookupThread) - JobQueue: Metadata Lookup Starting for "Keeping Up Appearances":"A Fate Worse than Senility" recorded from channel 1041 at 2014-10-26T02:29:00Z<br>2014-10-25 22:12:49.114677 E [19439/19765] Metadata_5084 jobqueue.cpp:2220 (DoMetadataLookupThread) - JobQueue: Metadata Lookup Errored: "Keeping Up Appearances":"A Fate Worse than Senility" recorded from channel 1041 at 2014-10-26T02:29:00Z (Failed with exit status 128)<br>2014-10-25 22:12:53.462310 I [19439/19786] Metadata_5085 jobqueue.cpp:2156 (DoMetadataLookupThread) - JobQueue: Metadata Lookup Starting for "Saturday Night Live" recorded from channel 1071 at 2014-10-26T02:59:00Z<br>2014-10-25 22:12:54.223346 E [19439/19786] Metadata_5085 jobqueue.cpp:2220 (DoMetadataLookupThread) - JobQueue: Metadata Lookup Errored: "Saturday Night Live" recorded from channel 1071 at 2014-10-26T02:59:00Z (Failed with exit status 128)<br>2014-10-25 22:12:58.472828 I [19439/19802] Metadata_5087 jobqueue.cpp:2156 (DoMetadataLookupThread) - JobQueue: Metadata Lookup Starting for "As Time Goes By":"The Old Folks' Party" recorded from channel 1041 at 2014-10-26T03:00:00Z<br>2014-10-25 22:12:59.130649 E [19439/19802] Metadata_5087 jobqueue.cpp:2220 (DoMetadataLookupThread) - JobQueue: Metadata Lookup Errored: "As Time Goes By":"The Old Folks' Party" recorded from channel 1041 at 2014-10-26T03:00:00Z (Failed with exit status 128)<br>2014-10-25 22:13:03.483855 I [19439/19823] Metadata_5089 jobqueue.cpp:2156 (DoMetadataLookupThread) - JobQueue: Metadata Lookup Starting for "On the Spot":"Record Breakers, Oddities, In Sickness & in Health" recorded from channel 1513 at 2014-10-25T18:59:00Z<br>2014-10-25 22:13:04.289653 E [19439/19823] Metadata_5089 jobqueue.cpp:2220 (DoMetadataLookupThread) - JobQueue: Metadata Lookup Errored: "On the Spot":"Record Breakers, Oddities, In Sickness & in Health" recorded from channel 1513 at 2014-10-25T18:59:00Z (Failed with exit status 128)</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks,</div><div>-Greg</div><div><br></div></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br><div class="gmail_quote">On Sun, Feb 19, 2012 at 12:02 PM, Greg Grotsky <span dir="ltr"><<a href="mailto:spikeygg.mythbox@gmail.com" target="_blank">spikeygg.mythbox@gmail.com</a>></span> wrote:<br><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex"><div class="HOEnZb"><div class="h5"><div class="gmail_quote">On Sat, Feb 18, 2012 at 1:07 PM, Greg Grotsky <span dir="ltr"><<a href="mailto:spikeygg.mythbox@gmail.com" target="_blank">spikeygg.mythbox@gmail.com</a>></span> wrote:<br><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0.8ex;padding-left:1ex;border-left-color:rgb(204,204,204);border-left-width:1px;border-left-style:solid">

I had the backend working great and not getting any errors all week long several recordings processed without issues. I updated myth last night and this morning I started seeing mythpreviewgen error 128 again on two recordings from last night. I started digging into it and I found that my config.xml file went to 0 bytes again! :( Is there something I can do in order to keep this file from getting zeroed out again?<br>
