I had disabled the firewall for <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" onclick="return theMainWindow.showLinkWarning(this)" href="http://192.168.0.0/16">192.168.0.0/16</a> but I had put that at the wrong spot in the iptables chains, and it was only executing for the ethernet interface.
