Seems reminiscent of the "umpteen instances of mythlogserver dragging my system down" issue. </div><div><br></div><div>Check how many mythlogservers are running (should only ever be 1) the next time it happens - use "ps" or "top".</div><div><br></div><div>Current recommendation is not to use the logserver I believe. There's a new backend option "--nologserver". </div><div><br></div><div>It may not be the root issue but worth excluding it anyway.</div><div><br></div><br></body></html>
