I had a similar or the same problem. For me it helped to go to:<br>
Capture Card Setup --> your HDHR3-4DC --> Recording Options<br>
and set Signal timeout and Tuning timeout to 5000 ms<br>
After that a channel scan with these options:<br>
Frequency 304000000<br>
Bandwith Auto<br>
Inversion Auto<br>
Contellation QAM 64<br>
LP Coderate Auto<br>
HP Coderate Auto<br>
Trans. Mode Auto<br>
Guard Interval Auto<br>
Hierarchy Auto<br>
