AFAIR 12.04 had the same "problem" which could be resolved by installing<br>
the compizconfig-settings-manager and in there by enabling "Legacy<br>
Fullscreen Support" under "Utility -> Workarounds".<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Which also works in 14.04, and I found out about on this list. Rolling back seems...drastic.</div><div><br></div><div>
